Oak Tree Silhouette at Sunset

Leaves are off the trees in the Southern Appalachians but there is still some color to capture on film. A super saturated sky is what happens after the sun has disappeared behind the horizon. Patiences helped in this case. I just waited until the sky was glowing with warm tones. Notice the lower part of the sky is red because it is closer to the setting sun while the upper part of the sky is starting faint to a cooler purple.
