Photography In The Rain Market Square in Knoxville Tennessee

Rain seems to following every other day in the spring time in East Tennessee. On an early morning visit the rain puddled on the wide sidewalks of Market Square in Knoxville. I was attracted to the bright colors and reflections. I used the plastic wrap filter in Photoshop to create some texture to the scene. A rainy day is a good day for photography.
